Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Pesto
  • 1/4 cup Chick peas (canned, drained, rinsed)
  • 1/2 Avocado (medium, halved, pitted)

Method
 

  1. Mix the pesto with the chickpeas and fill each avocado with the chickpeas. Use a spoon to scoop out the avocado flesh with the chickpeas as you eat it. Enjoy!
