Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Coffee (brewed)
  • 3/4 cup Cow's milk (whole)
  • 1 tsp Coconut sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp Sea salt
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla protein powder

Method
 

  1. Add the brewed coffee to a mug.
  2. Heat the milk, vanilla, sugar, and salt in a pot over medium-low heat and stir to combine. When the sugar has dissolved and tiny bubbles start to form on the outside, remove from the heat.
  3. Add the protein powder to the pot and use a hand-held frother to froth. Add to the mug with the coffee and enjoy!
    One serving = one cup

Notes

To froth or not to froth, that is the question!
Skip the line at the drive-through coffee establishment and still have a delicious cup of coffee.  This recipe provides an added boost of protein to help fuel your day or serve as an afternoon pick-me-up.  
If you prefer a non-dairy option, use coconut or unsweetened almond milk.  You can also make it bulletproof, and add a teaspoon of MCT oil.
