Turkey Chile with Beans

Method
- In a pot, heat oil over medium. Sauté onion, celery, and bell pepper 4–5 minutes until softened. Add garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add turkey and cook, breaking up, until browned.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, and salt; cook 1 minute.
- Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, and 1 cup broth. Bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat and simmer 20–30 minutes, adding a little more broth if too thick.
- Serve with grated cheese, jalapeños, sour cream, or yogurt topping if desired.Serving size 2 cups
