Turkey Meatloaf

Method
- Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment or lightly grease.
- In a bowl, mix turkey, vegetables, garlic, oats, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire, herbs, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Press mixture into the loaf pan and smooth the top. Spread 2 tablespoons ketchup on top.
- Bake 45–55 minutes, until cooked through and juices run clear.
- Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.Serving size 1/6 loaf (3-4 oz)
