- Preheat the oven to 350ºF (175ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, add the eggs and sugar and whisk until very smooth.
- Add the peanut butter, butter, and vanilla and whisk until fully combined and smooth. Add the cocoa powder, baking soda, salt and use a spatula to mix until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop two tablespoons of dough per cookie and form them into balls. Place each ball on the baking sheet and flatten with the back of a spoon, leaving some space between cookies. Use another baking sheet or bake in batches if needed. Sprinkle with flaky salt, if using.
