- 1 tbsp Pesto
- 1/4 cup Chick peas (canned, drained, rinsed)
- 1/2 Avocado (medium, halved, pitted)
Mix the pesto with the chickpeas and fill each avocado with the chickpeas. Use a spoon to scoop out the avocado flesh with the chickpeas as you eat it. Enjoy!Protein 7g, Carbs 21g, Fiber 10g
