- 2 tsp Maple syrup (organic)
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil (toasted)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 16 oz Sockeye salmon (Alaskan, wild-caught
- 1 cup Mini sweet peppers (seeded, sliced)
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together the tamari, maple syrup, oil, and garlic. Place the salmon on the baking sheet and brush with half of the tamari mixture. Cook in the oven for 14 to 15 minutes until cooked through. Meanwhile, cook the rice noodles according to the package directions.
In a pot over medium-high heat, add the remaining tamari mixture, snow peas, bell peppers, cabbage, and cooked noodles. Stir well and cook for five minutes until the flavors have combined.
