Ingredients
  

  • 1/8 oz Avocado cooking spray
  • 12 slices Turkey bacon
  • 12 Eggs
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup Cilantro
  • 4 1/2 oz Cheddar cheese (shredded)

  • 1 Muffin tin

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375ºF (190ºC). Lightly spray a muffin tray with oil and line the edges with turkey bacon strips.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper. Add the cilantro and cheese.
  3. ivide the egg mixture evenly between the muffin cups and bake for 15 to 17 minutes, or until set.
  4. Let them cool in the tray for five minutes, then remove and enjoy!
    Serving size = 2 egg bites
